Project Description :- Design and Build contract in order to provide the National Urban Training Facility on Salisbury Plain Training Area with an Audio and Visual Closed Circuit Television capability and incorporated After Action Review (AAR) system. All systems will need to operate independently and collectively and must link to a centralised hub to create an integrated AAR system Effects & Control Centre. The CCTV must be able to operate in day and low light conditions using Infra-Red (IR) illumination, provide data to the AAR Effects and Control Centre and to the site security office. The CCTV cameras must be independently controllable and linked to support the audio, lighting system. The audio system must provide different levels and types of typical urban `pattern of life` and specific operational noises. The audio effects must be controllable and able to be directed to specific areas as needed in order to allow sound effects to be realistic and replicate a conflict environment. The audio system must be linked to and controllable by the AAR system Effects & Control Centre. Lighting will have brightness control with IR capability and downward facing illuminates to reduce impact to CCTV views and site ecology.
