Newcastle City Council currently operates an in-house service for School Meals in 87 schools, 9 of these schools operate a biometric system for the payment of the school meals. The solution currently in place has run for many years and we need to consider the replacement of the existing solution. As part of this process we wish to engagement with the market to establish the level of interest in this opportunity, to gather information and improve our understanding of the market.Suppliers are invited to consider the inquiries detailed within the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire and complete the questionnaire in Section Two.Please note: this Market Engagement Questionnaire is for information only to assess the reaction of the market and inform the future procurement process to ensure it is focused and efficient.
